The following rates apply to breakdown assistance, diagnostics, installation and other service work outside of preventative maintenance programmes. Labour and travel time are charged separately to ensure transparent and consistent pricing.
Standard labour rate for breakdown repairs, diagnostics, installation work, recommissioning and decommissioning.
Standard travel rate for time spent travelling to and from customer sites.
Applies where overnight accommodation is required during extended service visits.
Prices may be reviewed periodically.
Minimum service charges may apply depending on travel distance and service duration.
Preventative maintenance service packages are available separately.
